Dynamic Flexibility

Athletes will use a full range of movement during training and matches under intense pressure. In order to prevent injuries players must prepare their bodies in a controlled workout to increase heart rate, warm muscles and stretch prior to competition.

 

 

Strength

Building the athletes core body strength will  increase their stability, power and speed.

 

 

Endurance

Having the ability to stay the course increases the chances of winning; stamina is a key facture in competition with many teams failing to take advantage of early goal differences because of fatigue in the latter stages of the game.

Agility

Players must react quickly to the changes unfolding in front of them and have the ability to move efficiently to have any edge during competition.

 

 

 

Speed

Players must have the ability to explode into action from dead start inactivity to lightening speed accelerations.
